Imagination to reality. It is on our logo because it is the actual job: taking something that exists only in someone's head and turning it into drawings a contractor can build from and images a buyer can believe.
Who we are
An international team,
working as one desk.
Design to 3D is a complete production house for construction drawing works. We were built by people who had sat on both sides of the problem — architects tired of redrawing what a visualiser had already modelled, and 3D artists tired of receiving drawings that did not add up.
So we put the whole chain under one roof. The same coordinated model that generates your permit sheets generates your marketing film. One team is accountable for both, which removes the two things that quietly destroy project timelines: duplicated modelling, and drawings that disagree with images.
3D design is our main service and our deepest bench. Everything else we do — drafting, BIM, animation, real-time — either feeds it or flows out of it.

Exporting design services is not just a translation problem. Every market has its own drawing conventions, approval culture, unit system and expectation of what "finished" looks like. We have delivered into all four of our core markets long enough to know where each one bites.
- United States — imperial documentation, IBC/IRC-aware detailing, county and city submission formats, AIA-style sheet organisation.
- United Kingdom — RIBA Plan of Work stage alignment, planning and pre-application visuals, Building Regulations-aware technical packages.
- Saudi Arabia — Saudi Building Code awareness, giga-project scale masterplanning, bilingual Arabic/English title blocks and presentation.
- United Arab Emirates — Dubai Municipality, DDA and Trakhees drawing formats, off-plan launch imagery and fast-track fit-out sets.

Anything measurable
Geometry, dimensions, code compliance, structural logic and quantities come from the coordinated model, reviewed by a qualified human. We never present a generated image as a measured drawing.

Fixed fees
Quoted after reading the brief, with the scope, formats, resolution and delivery date written down. No hourly drift.

NDA first
Signed before any file moves. Isolated project storage, named-user access, and we will work inside your environment if governance requires it.

You own the output
Full rights on final payment, including native files where they form part of the agreed deliverable. Portfolio rights waived on request.

Two revision rounds
Included on every fixed-fee deliverable, with additional scope always priced before we proceed.

30-day aftercare
Free minor amendments for a month after issue, and a five-year archive so a reprint is a same-day job.

Your time zone
Shift coverage across US, UK and Gulf hours, with a named lead who answers rather than a ticket queue.
