A single exterior still typically lands in five to seven working days from a complete brief; a full drawing set in two to four weeks depending on size; a 90-second animation in three to six weeks. Fast-track and weekend delivery is available and quoted up front — we will always tell you honestly whether a deadline is achievable rather than accepting it and missing it.
Yes. The USA, UK, Saudi Arabia and UAE are where we have the deepest standards knowledge and the best time-zone coverage, but we have delivered into Europe, Canada, Australia and East Africa. Tell us the drawing standard and the authority, and we will draw to it.
That is the norm, not an extra. Send your template, title block, layer standard, family library and sheet-naming convention at kick-off and we adopt them for the duration. For dedicated-team engagements we set our staff up inside your environment entirely.
That is a completely normal starting point — it is literally the first word in our name. A legible sketch, the plot dimensions and a description of the intent is enough for us to model from and to quote against. We will list any assumptions we have made in the proposal so you can correct them before work starts.
Typically an advance on commencement with the balance on delivery; larger projects are milestone-billed against the schedule in the proposal. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. We invoice in USD, GBP, SAR or AED.
Yes. An NDA is signed before files move, as standard. Project data sits in isolated storage with named-user access, and portfolio rights are waived on request — plenty of our best work never appears on this site.
